Masque of the Red Pen offers two Executive Assistant packages that are retainer based. 

Both packages include the same services with the difference being the total length of workable time each month. 

Hours do not rollover monthly. 

SOCIAL MEDIA

Social Media management is all-inclusive of the author's preferred social media platforms. Masque will perform an audit on your social media to determine the best publishing schedule to enhance visibility and engagement. 

PUBLISHING

Your books are in good hands. Masque can manage the uploading process for Amazon, Draft2Digital, Apple, and more! 

WEBSITE

A website is imperative to your publishing business. Website development and management are included in Executive Assistant services. 

EMAIL MARKETING

Tired of spending countless hours developing your newsletter? Need automation and landing pages developed or optimized? Masque of the Red Pen has experience in various email marketing services.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Covers, Banners, Promo Materials-digital and printable-it's all included in your retainer!

FORMATTING

Let's make your book shine with custom formatting! Ebook, paperback, and hardback formatting are included with Vellum or InDesign. 

CALENDAR

Masque will manage your calendar and send you friendly reminders for any upcoming events. 

FILE MANAGEMENT

Masque creates a shared Google Drive folder for every client so files never go missing in action in cyberspace. Your files will always be update-to-date and secure. 

PROMO MANAGEMENT

Masque can manage, or assist, with book promotions! Cover Reveals, Release Blitz, Sales, Freebies, and even the scheduling of third-party ads.

PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICY

Author management services are offered on a retainer fee basis, and a three-month service contract is required. Invoices are delivered via Paypal on the 29th of each month and due on the 1st of each month. Invoices unpaid after the 1st of the month will incur a $25 LATE FEE.

Hours do not roll over from month to month.

Hourly rate of service is $25.

Clients wishing to terminate services are required to give a thirty-day notice.
